Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AssistSit Pay. By accessing, registering for, or using our payment services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Our Services

AssistSit Pay provides an online payment gateway solution that enables businesses (merchants) to collect payments from their customers through various digital payment methods including:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay)
• Mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa)
• Bank transfers and IBFT
• RAAST instant payment transfers
• Payment link generation

We are a payment facilitator only. AssistSit Pay does not sell goods or services to end consumers. We solely provide the technology infrastructure to process payments between merchants and their customers.

Merchant Eligibility

To use AssistSit Pay's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a legally registered business or a lawfully operating individual in Pakistan
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process
• Comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations
• Maintain a valid business bank account in Pakistan for settlement purposes
• Not be involved in any business activities that are illegal or prohibited under Pakistani law

AssistSit Pay reserves the right to refuse onboarding or terminate accounts of businesses that do not meet these requirements.

Fees & Settlements

Transaction fees and settlement terms are agreed upon individually at the time of merchant onboarding. These may vary based on business type, transaction volume, and payment methods used.

Settlements of collected funds will be processed to your designated business bank account as per the agreed settlement cycle. AssistSit Pay reserves the right to withhold or delay settlements in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or chargebacks
• Regulatory investigations or compliance requirements
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Unresolved customer disputes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use AssistSit Pay's services in connection with any of the following:

• Illegal goods or services of any kind
• Fraudulent transactions or deliberate chargeback manipulation
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any financial crime
• Gambling, adult content, or other restricted categories
• Any activity that violates Pakistani law or SBP regulations
• Unauthorized collection of payments on behalf of third parties

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Refunds & Disputes

Merchants are solely responsible for their own refund policies with their end customers. AssistSit Pay will provide technical assistance in processing refunds where required.

Any commercial disputes between merchants and their customers are the responsibility of the merchant. AssistSit Pay's role is limited to the technical processing of the transaction and does not extend to resolving commercial disagreements.

In cases of confirmed fraud or unauthorized transactions, AssistSit Pay will work with banking partners to initiate the appropriate dispute resolution process.

Limitation of Liability

AssistSit Pay's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied.

AssistSit Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AssistSit Pay in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.

AssistSit Pay may immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice in the event of:

• Confirmed fraudulent activity
• Material breach of these Terms
• Direction from a regulatory authority
• Risk to the security or integrity of our platform

Upon termination, any outstanding settlements will be processed after applicable hold periods and deductions.

Changes to Terms

AssistSit Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered merchants of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service before the effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
